California Transit Works! (CTW) is a vibrant community of frontline workers and managers from transit agencies and unions, focused on building training programs that empower frontline workers and improve transit service to the public. We are a diverse group of transit leaders, staff with various professional backgrounds, and union members (both active and retirees) who are directly engaged in this exciting work. Our mission is to build High Road labor-management partnerships at all levels, based on respect and mutual trust, and centered on the voices of those who do the work. We help create life-changing programs that improve the lives of frontline workers.
