PARTNERS MOVING FORWARD! Jan 30, 2025

Picture
On January 22nd, CTW conducted a dynamic mentor training session with Partners Moving Forward (PMF), a partnership between Sacramento Regional Transit District(SacRT) and ATU Local 256. The training brought together an exceptional group of mentors from all divisions, including Big Bus, Community Bus Service (CBS), Elk Grove e-Tran, and Paratransit.
One of the key accomplishments of the training was the development of GYR (Green, Yellow, Red) evaluation forms tailored to accommodate all divisions, ensuring consistency and clarity across the system.
The training also emphasized the importance of teamwork and focus through engaging team-building exercises. These activities reinforced how working together effectively leads to success—both on the road and in mentorship.
This diverse and dedicated group of mentors is leading the way in strengthening Sacramento Regional Transit’s workforce, ensuring that they receive the guidance and support they need.
