In 2025, Partners Moving Forward (PMF) expanded mentorship and workforce development opportunities at Sacramento Regional Transit through a strong labor-management partnership centered on worker voice and frontline expertise, and in 2026 aims to continue growing mentorship, apprenticeship, and career pathways that support advancement for transit workers.
