The consortium’s transit agencies and labor unions have over 15 years of experience creating and expanding labor-management partnerships. The consortium draws on the knowledge and skills of frontline workers, promotes ongoing health and wellness strategies for workers in a high-stress industry, and addresses workplace and industry issues related to skill development and technological change.

We educate, advocate, and advise transit agencies and unions in building worker centered training partnerships, as a key strategy in meeting industry demand for qualified workers to provide reliable and effective clean energy transit services for our communities.
